Back to Day Shift!

Posted by mysiopaofactory on Mar 30, 2009 in Office Stuff

After 2 1/2 years of being an owl, now I’m back to day shift. At first, it was a bit odd walking in the broad day light…I felt like melting. It’s like I’m a character from one of Anne’s Rice vampire novels..hehe. i was a bit worried, too, because I don’t have lots of friend on day shift. Most of my friends are either have resigned already or have transferred to night shift.

Anyways, I felt, happy in a way because I was not late. In fact, I was the 2nd person to arrive in our office. I just hope I can keep this up..hehehe Also I had a nice lunch at Green Mango near Coffe Break. It’s like 2 minutes away from office on foot so it’s perfect. The food was great! plus the prices are very affordable. Come to think of this, I’ve got a complete lunch, rice, pork adobo and softdrinks, for only P49.00! How cool is that?

Not only that, the place looks neat! I love the colors and the interiors. Its interiors is like JD Roadhouse with the affordability of Mang Inasal..hehe

So far, I think I’m gonna enjoy my stay here in day shift but still I will miss my friends on night shift. Just take care guys! See you soon!

Costa Aguada Trip

Posted by mysiopaofactory on Dec 3, 2008 in Siopao and Mantao

Last November 30, Siopao and I went for an overnight trip to Costa Aguada. Costa Aguada is a resort in Inampulugan Island, Guimaras. I already went there when I was small together with my family. We went there via a boat ride from Iloilo City.

In this trip, it was both our first time to go there via Pulupandan. We were quite nervous and excited at the same time. Too excited that we even got up around 5 AM just to pack up our things and go to the terminal.

We got to the island around 9 AM. It was indeed a hidden paradise. The water is crystal clear plus the sand is white and fine. Well, not that fine and white as Boracay’s but still it was beautiful. I guess the serenity of the island sets it apart from Boracay.

Siopao and I had a wonderful and memorable time in this island. Here are just some of our pictures around the island.

3rd Year Anniversary

Posted by mysiopaofactory on Nov 6, 2008 in Siopao and Mantao

Wohooo!

Today is our 3rd year anniversary. Siopao came here in Iloilo. Well, actually he arrived yesterday. He will stay here ’til Monday…^.^

I’ve already filed a vacation leave. I’m just too excited to spend our anniversary together. We had dinner at Afrique’s.  The place was really cozy and private. Plus the food tasted great! I love their pizza and pasta. Also their vegetable salad was delectable. Over-all the place was two thumbs up! Oh! make it four thumbs up! (Siopao’s thumbs included) ^^

After a sumptous dinner, what better way to celebrate 3 years of love, kisses, hugs and crazy, nonsense fights than playing DotA. Yup! you heard it right! DotA…we both love this game. Well, I guess it’s our shared interest and bonding time. We simply love to play this game together or should I say kill each other through this game…puhaha!

Anyways, I love you Siopao. Eventhough we shared lots of uneasy and crazy moments together during the past years, I’m still glad to be with you. I love you Pee!

First Post Ever!

Posted by mysiopaofactory on Oct 20, 2008 in Siopao and Mantao

After a week of trying to put up my own site, deciding what template to use, today I finally decide to write my first post ever. I don’t really know what to write or how to start this post. Well, I guess I just have to start by telling you a story about how my Siopao and I met.

My Siopao and I have been in a relationship for almost 3 years now. We first met in a Korean School in Iloilo City. I just graduated from College. I was looking for a job when one of my friends told me that there is a Korean School which just opened. That time I didn’t not know anything about Koreans. I saw them every time in our school and around the city but I didn’t really care about them. For me, they are just some tourists who are here in the Philippines to study English.

At first, I was hesitant to apply in the Korean School since my major is not English. In fact, English is my most hated subject! But still I tried to submit my resume. I remember it was almost lunch time when I arrived in the Korean School to have my resume submitted. The place was already empty when I arrived. I was about to leave the place when the door opened. A skinny, tall Korean guy wearing eyeglasses went out. He smiled at me and asked what I want. I said I was there to apply for work. He then motioned me to enter and he called the owner of the school and then he left.

The owner is a Korean woman, she instructed me to come back in the afternoon around 3 PM for class observation and final interview. I was really excited because finally, I can have a job. When I arrived in the afternoon, there was a brown out. So most of the students studied in the porch near the dormitory area together with their tutors. The Korean woman asked me to observe the class of the kind Korean guy I met earlier. I was a bit shy that time, so I just kept on looking down. He asked my name and then introduced himself. He said his name is Kim Dong Min and I can call him Nick.

He was really kind and jolly. Always smiling and happy. When it was time for me to transfer to the other class, he said that he hopes to see me again and that he was really glad to met me. To make the story short, after a month of being friends, he started to court me. Then after 3 months of courtship, we became lovers. Since then, we’ve never been separated. Although we fight sometimes, we still stayed with each others side. Despite our differences and shortcomings, we still managed to forgive each other. I guess that’s just how love is.
